CANCELLATIONS⚡️ Appointments are incredibly important to me & I strive to provide the best possible experience for each of you. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for appointment changes. To ensure I can accommodate all clients effectively, I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations & reschedules. Please do so through the “ manage my appointment “ button in your email. Same day cancellations, reschedules & no call, no shows will be charged 50% of the service cost! DEPOSITS⚡️ Please understand that there will be a NON refundable deposit required to secure your appointment time & date. The deposit will be 50% of the service cost. LATE NOTICE⚡️ I wish to give all clients a fair time courtesy. There is a 10 minute grace period if you're running late, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled & you will have to reschedule. RESCHEDULING⚡️ In the event you want to reschedule, you must do so within 24 hours of your appointment for the deposit to be applied to your next visit. If you do not reschedule within the 24 hour time frame you are forfeiting your deposit & will have to book again. ALL rescheduling is done through the “ manage my appointment “ button in your email. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS⚡️I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you have a deposit on file, it is forfeited if rescheduled within 24 hours of your selected appointment time. Reschedules can be done so through the MANAGE MY APPOINTMENT button in your email. I do not reschedule appointments!
